Role Overview:As the Zonal Sales Manager – South India, you will be responsible for driving sales performance, building and mentoring high-performing teams, and developing strong relationships across hospitals and key healthcare stakeholders in the region. You will play a crucial role in expanding the company's footprint and driving adoption of its innovative medical technologies.
Key Responsibilities:Lead and manage the sales team across South India, ensuring achievement of regional targets and KPIs.
Develop and execute regional sales strategies aligned with overall business objectives.
Build strong customer relationships with hospitals, clinicians, procurement teams, and channel partners.
Drive market penetration of critical care or capital equipment solutions in assigned territories.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, clinical affairs, and operations.
Monitor competitor activities and identify new business opportunities to expand market share.
Must-Have Qualifications:Minimum 10 years of experience in the medical devices industry.
Prior experience in Critical Care is preferred; alternatively, experience in handling capital equipment in healthcare is required.
At least 3 years of team management experience, with proven leadership capabilities.
Deep understanding of the South India healthcare landscape, with a strong network and knowledge base in Karnataka being essential.
