About this opportunity:

The Industrialization & Verification organization is an integral part of the R&D organization within Ericsson Antenna Systems. We focus on validation/verification and industrialization of antenna products & components and develop the latest cutting-edge antenna test technology.
We are now looking for a Working Student - Test & Manufacturing Technology to support our team in driving antenna design and manufacturing efficiency to the next level. This role provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in prototyping, test and manufacturing technologies in the context of antenna development.

Responsibilities:

•    Support the development and implementation of test and manufacturing technologies
•    Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of specialists
•    Collect and analyse data to optimize products and manufacturing processes
•    Support in prototyping new antenna technologies

Key Qualifications:

•    Currently enrolled in a bachelor’s or master’s degree program in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, RF engineering, production engineering, process engineering or a related field
•    Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a passion for teamwork and collaboration
•    Analytical, structured, and result-oriented approach
•    Proficiency in English, both written and spoken
•    German language skills are a plus
