**What you'll do**
As a UX Design Working Student (f/m/d), you’ll support the UX workstream behind Lab Space, contributing to its evolution into a scalable, self-service innovation platform. Your goal will be to enhance usability and onboarding experiences so that diverse user groups – including product teams, customer-facing roles and customers – can engage with innovations effortlessly.
You'll work closely with experienced designers, developers, and product managers to improve the platform’s structure, flow, and clarity – and ensure that Lab Space is more than just functional: it feels intuitive and valuable from the first click.
Your Responsibilities
+ Improve and streamline onboarding flows for Lab Space users across internal SAP teams (e.g. Dev, Presales, Customer Success, Customers)
+ Design intuitive navigation and content structures to support scalability and clarity
+ Create wireframes, interaction concepts, and prototypes in Figma
+ Assist in UX research, gathering feedback from real users and synthesizing insights
+ Collaborate with PMs and Devs to align UX solutions with technical feasibility
+ Contribute to UX documentation and help scale design best practices within the platform
+ Support design efforts for new Lab Space modules
**What you bring**
+ You’re enrolled in a Master’s program in UX Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Interaction Design, or a related field
+ You have previous working student or internship experience in UX, preferably in product, enterprise, or platform environments
+ Strong skills in Figma, and understanding of UX principles, patterns, and usability heuristics
+ Comfortable working on complex flows, information-heavy interfaces, or internal tools
+ Excellent communicator in English, proactive, structured, and curious
+ Bonus: Experience in designing onboarding experiences or enterprise software
