What you'll do
We are seeking a passionate working student to join our team to support us in our daily operations, specifically our team communication, information management and project management tasks.
Support the planning, coordination and documentation of UX research and design activities Support effective internal collaboration by maintaining communication channels, the team's Wiki for knowledge sharing and our SharePoint presence. Assist with organizing meetings, workshops and research sessions Collaborate on project tracking and operational tasks to keep everything running smoothly Prepare presentations, reports, and summaries for stakeholders Contribute to process improvements and knowledge sharing within the team
What you bring
Bachelor/Master study in business administration, HCI, Design, Psychology, Sociology or a related field Strong organizational & communication skills (EN) Proactive, hands-on attitude with attention to detail Interest in user experience research and design Proficiency in MS Office Experience in tools like Mural, Wiki, SharePoint, Figma Team player, enthusiastic & open-minded, customer-oriented, self-driven & reliable, eager to learn

We are a team of UX Researchers and Designers who firmly believe that user experience design is crucial for the success of software products and services.
As the central UX design team responsible for Customers and Partners within Corporate Processes and IT, our goal is to continually enhance the user experience of SAP's employee & customer-facing applications and websites related to customer processes (such as SAP for Me, SAP Community, Sales apps). Collaborating with Process Experts and Product Managers/Owners, we strive to create user experiences that are intuitive, efficient, and enjoyable.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships).
