What you'll do

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented working student (f/m/d) to join our Product Security Patch Quality Assurance Team. You will be responsible for assisting with the day-to-day operations, including but not limited to:

 

Interest and knowledge to work on the implementation of AI interactive chatbot as well as standardizing the Product Security technical documentations for SAP developers. Helping in the maintenance and improvement of processes, documentation, and communication materials, to ensure clarity and consistency. Providing operational support by monitoring key metrics, generating reports, and coordinating meetings

 

Contributing to the continuous improvement of Processes by identifying areas for optimization and suggesting enhancements to the processes and tools used.

 

What you bring

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or related field Computer skills: Proficient in MS Office, strong understanding of technology and software tools Language skills: Fluent in English, German as a plus Soft skills: Excellent organizational skills, ability to work in a team, creative problem solver, strong attention to detail Others: Previous work experience in a similar field or role is a plus, strong interest in cybersecurity

 

Meet your team

The SAP Product Security Patch Quality Assurance Team is a dynamic international team comprising experienced security experts that manage the quality assurance of the security patches for vulnerabilities reported by independent security researchers, customers, partners together with engineering teams across SAP. As part of this global team, you’ll be involved in projects to support our time critical deliverables.

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
