What you'll do


This opportunity in Product Management is crucial for ensuring users understand and engage with new features of our Customer Portal, SAP for Me. As our technology evolves, you'll create communications and marketing materials that make complex product developments accessible to all users. By translating technical advancements into user-friendly insights, you empower users to fully utilize new functionalities, enhancing their interaction with SAP solutions.


Your work will strengthen user engagement and align communication strategies with broader marketing efforts, ensuring clear and impactful messaging. Collaboration across teams will be essential in producing educational content, user guides, and campaigns that show the value of product enhancements. Thus, you play a vital role in connecting product innovation with user application, helping users navigate the digital landscape confidently.


Ultimately, this role contributes to making technology more approachable. By improving how users interact with digital tools, you boost efficiency in professional settings, positively impacting users' daily lives. You ensure information flows seamlessly, fostering a user-friendly environment that supports both personal and business success.

 

What you bring

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Communications, Marketing, Business, Business Informatics, or related fields Computer skills:  Familiarity with communication platforms and tools to create and organize content Language skills: fluent in English, German as a plus Soft skills: Creative thinker with strong organizational skills, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively in virtual environments. Initiative in identifying effective communication and marketing strategies. Others: Previous experience in communication or marketing roles, either through internships or academic projects, is a plus.

 

Meet your team


Our team manages the complete product lifecycle, including strategic planning, vision-setting, and roadmap development. We focus on aligning product strategy with business goals and assessing market needs to prioritize features that deliver maximum value. This position will enhance our team's efforts in ensuring that communication and marketing initiatives effectively articulate the product's value and updates to users.

 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
