What you'll do
As a working student in the Skills Transformation Program "Skills DNA," you will work alongside experts in project management to support the program's objectives. You will engage with various stakeholders and have an opportunity to build your network and contribute to SAP’s strategic initiatives.
Your main tasks include but are not limited to:
Assisting in the planning, execution, and monitoring of project activities Coordinating meetings, preparing agendas, and documenting minutes Supporting the development and maintenance of project documentation Communicating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and progress
What you bring
You are currently an enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences, studying preferably in the fields of business administration, human resources, project management, psychology or a related field. Previous work experience (including internships / working student employments) in a corporate / international environment, preferably in project management. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to plan, prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently.
Hands-on attitude and proactive in communication.
Very good English skills (spoken and written), German is a plus.
Proficiency in MS Office products (especially PowerPoint).
Experience in Change Management and Corporate Communications is a plus.
Location: living close to Walldorf to be able to commute to the office

You will join the Skills Transformation Program "Skills DNA," which is at the core of SAP's efforts to enhance employee skills and capabilities. Our team connects all relevant project management, strategy, and transformation functions that support SAP’s employees to thrive in their roles.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
