What you'll do

 

We are looking for a student (f/m/d) to support the SAP Dresden Location Management Team in various local projects. 

 

Tasks will include:

Assist the management team with project coordination, preparation of reports and documents Organize appointments, meetings and workshops Support our organization as the interface between business and facility management Work closely with different stakeholders within SAP Dresden

 

Working hours per week: 15-20 hours
Duration of employment: 6 months with the option to prolong the engagement

 

What you bring

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Location: The team is located in Dresden Software skills: Profound knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Suite (Word, SharePoint, Power Point, Teams, and Excel) is a must-have Language skills: Excellent command of the German language is a prerequisite (written and verbal), English language skills are beneficial Strong organizational, collaboration, and analytical skills Experience with administrative tasks and project management Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Flexibility, and willingness to learn and explore new things, independent working style, reliability and working on schedule
