What you'll do
The working student (f/m/d) will be supporting the Management Office of the Chief Product Officer and President of the Business Data Cloud & Insights (BDC&I) organization with a strong focus on internal communications.
The tasks will cover a wide range of day-to-day responsibilities across the following areas:
Assist in the planning, creation, and distribution of BDC&I internal and employee communications across various channels, such as emails, SharePoint, newsletters, and blogs Support the organization and execution of internal events including employee meetings and sessions (e.g. coffee corners) Develop engaging content such as employee interviews, blogs, and short video clips Create and refine visual presentation materials (PowerPoint) in line with SAP branding guidelines Manage and respond to inquiries in the internal Communications Inbox Provide administrative and organizational support to the Chief of Staff and Executive Business Assistants, including preparation for board meetings
What you bring
Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Preferred fields of study: Communications, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (German is a plus) Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and Outlook Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently Creativity and an eye for detail, particularly in content creation and visual presentation Interest in internal communications and organizational culture Working from Walldorf office is required at least once per week
Meet your team
The Management Office of the Chief Product Officer and President of the Business Data Cloud & Insights (BDC&I) organization supports the daily operations and strategic development of a ~2,400-person strong development organization within SAP. BDC&I is a global team with development units across many countries. We develop and build innovative core technologies and applications to drive SAP’s continued success in the cloud—most recently with the launch of the new Business Data Cloud.
Our responsibilities include preparing content for key management meetings—up to Board level—supporting customer engagements and providing ongoing assistance to the entire BDC&I leadership team. An integral part of our work is also driving internal communications through a variety of channels to ensure transparency and effective information flow across the organization.
Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
