What you'll do


Join our dynamic Total Rewards Germany Team as a Working Student (f/m/d) and make a direct impact on enhancing the employee experience in HR. Dive into the multifaceted world of Total Rewards, where you'll collaborate closely with our expert partners to provide valuable support across a range of benefits and compensation-related tasks.


Your responsibilities will include:

Data Insights & Reporting: Generate insightful reports and analytics that inform strategic decisions related to Total Rewards. Operational Support: Assist in the efficient management of benefits like our time account and building loans, as well as various compensation-related tasks. Create Engaging Materials: Develop presentations and other materials that effectively communicate complex Total Rewards concepts to stakeholders.

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Computer skills: Word, Excel, Outlook  Language skills: Fluent in German & English Soft skills: Natural team player with a strong customer-focus and a positive and constructive attitude Location: Walldorf

Total Rewards Germany is responsible for designing and executing compensation and benefits services and solutions that support the attraction and retention of the right talent and embody SAP’s pay strategy to drive desired behaviors and outcomes to achieve our business growth strategy.


Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.
