What you'll do

 

Join our executive office team as a working student (f/m/d) under the Chief Security Compliance & Risk Officer and transform your academic knowledge into impactful professional experience. Dive into varied responsibilities including data collection, information organization, and administrative support. You'll also play a key role in drafting reports, managing stakeholder interactions, collaborating with other executive offices, and orchestrating events. Become an integral part of a dynamic and cohesive team, actively supporting the Chief Officer’s strategic tasks to maintain a consistent and professional presence. Engage in dedicated projects where your skills in data analysis and process improvement will shine, driving both personal growth and innovation within our office. In this diverse role you will be responsible for:

Organizing team SharePoint and other internal knowledge repositories Supporting the team with PMO and admin responsibilities (e.g. meeting notes, file structuring, updating tracking documents) Creating high-quality, engaging internal/external content Supporting communication activities related to specific Security & Compliance event planning and execution Conducting data analysis and assisting in the planning activities of the office

 

What you bring

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences Bachelor’s in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Business Administration or a related field Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) Interest in SAP’s portfolio, security and cloud compliance Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and German Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting Flexibility to manage changing priorities and deadlines Proactive, self-motivated mindset Prior office experience is a plus but not required

Our strategic stakeholder management and data-driven projects are key in aligning operations to achieve the organization’s goals.
