What you'll do

 

Work with the SAP Business Network Organizational Development team on improving the Operating Model documentation for different audiences   Think of clever ways to increase engagement of the global SAP Business Network teams (product management, user experience and engineering) in collaborative continuous improvement of our operating model   Creating Microsoft PowerPoint presentations for communication purposes on different levels  Support across the unit regarding communications topics  Support Organizational Health Checks and Operating Model Workshops 

What you bring

 

You are a student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences. We're looking for someone who takes initiative, perseveres, and stays curious. You like to work on meaningful innovative projects and are energized by lifelong learning. 

 

Fluent in English and German in both written and verbal communication  A driven individual who is willing to learn    Team player who can work in a collaborative environment   Completed B.Sc. 

Meet your team

 

We are the SAP Business Network Organizational Development Team and run our global agile product engineering operations. It comprises documentation of various artifacts, good practices, process standards as well as tool support and configurations involving globally distributed product development teams. 

Your set of application documents should contain a cover letter, a resume in table form, school leaving certificates, certificate of enrollment, current university transcript of records, copies of any academic degrees already earned, and if available, references from former employers (including internships). Please also describe your experience and skills in foreign languages and computer programs / programming languages.

 

This is a SAP global, strategic, paid working student position that provides students with opportunities to find purpose in their careers.
