What you'll do 

 

In this role, you’ll work closely with engineers, management and product managers to help us shape a great team culture and set up the team(s) for success.  

 

This might include (but not limited):  

 

build dashboard and reporting to track user behaviour and product success to help decision making    drive or support projects in the areas of information management,  reporting, process management,... to increase team collaboration   prepare and facilitate team workshops and meetings to support on change management activities   you support the team, manager and group level activities 

 

This work will allow you to get first-hand experience and be close to topics like agile engineering operations, team management, product management, change management, and others. 

 

What you bring 

 

Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences  Preferred fields of study: Business, IT, computer science   Good English communication skills    Technical skills: SQL, Python or experience with reporting / analytics tools are a plus   Professional skills: Curiosity, team player. Ideally you are a self-starter, and have strong communication and presentation skills.   Preferably experience or knowledge about agile engineering processes, Jira, Pendo or similar topics
