You will work closely with the leadership team, key stakeholders across the industries and development areas, as well as SAP partners and customers. Expectations and Tasks: + Manage calendar and coordinate meetings for Stefan & Leadership Team including logistical preparations + Co-ordinate travel including preparation and follow-up like booking of travel expenses + Manage internal and external correspondence with high profession + Support us in coordinating meeting agendas, speakers. Use AI to generate minutes, and monitor actions & reminders + Support us in organization of events like conferences, industry advisory councils, user groups + Manage workflows and monitoring items like purchase orders, internal orders, distribution lists, inventory etc. + Support the entire team with knowledge sharing, administrative guidance, community building and best practice sharing **What you bring** + Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences + Excellent knowledge in MS office applications + Fluent English are mandatory.
