About this opportunity
As part of Ericsson's dynamic operations team, we are seeking a diligent, efficient, and proactive Supply Operational Support specialist. In this exciting role, you will be instrumental in enhancing our operations performance across various areas such as planning, contracting, order fulfillment, warehousing, distribution, and invoicing execution. Acting as a 1st line support to supply, your keen aptitude for identifying business requirements, tracking performance, defining improvement areas, identifying corrective actions, and securing the implementation of key improvements will be highly valuable as we strive to maintain and exceed operational performance.


What you will do:

Conduct a comprehensive analysis of current stock levels and inventory practices to identify factors contributing to excess stock globally,Develop innovative tools or methods to gather accurate data on inventory levels and stock movements, leveraging data analytics for insights,Create tailored strategies to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock, considering regional and product-specific variations,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute reduction strategies, monitor progress and adjust tactics based on data feedback,Evaluate the effectiveness of implemented measures and suggest improvements for ongoing inventory management practices,Support power point slides preparation for S&OP, inventory governance meeting.

 

To be successful in the role:

You are currently a student of Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Logistics or similar in University,You have strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis and interpretation,Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration across teams.Experience with inventory management software’s like SAP Hana is a plus,Knowledge in IT tools like MS office, Power BI,You are open on different type of tasks and would like to grow,Proficiency in English, German language is a plus.
