ServiceNow Solutions Engineering team is the core team in Amadeus for our production process and employee services.

Summary of the position:
You will support the team with UX skills to enhance the current solution deployed. Further analyze current usage and propose improvements, help the team with mockups and wireframes
Key Responsibilities
Research and provide support to understand the user flows and context of usageIdeate and Prototype: Translate concepts into user flows, wireframes, mockups and prototypes that lead to intuitive user experiencesEvaluate: Gather feedback with user testsContribute to the bigger ITSM picture by identifying design problems and propose elegant solutions

Be enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree with a major in User Experience, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science or related fieldAdvanced knowledge in UX methods and applying them on industry solutions (ServiceNow platform preferred)Prototyping, wireframing, mock ups (UI): FigmaProficient in using visual design tools: Adobe/FigmaAware of Agile working methodsInterest in UX/UIInterest in Information Architecture Comfortable with oral and written communication skills. Ability to communicate design processes, ideas, and solutions clearly and effectively to cross-functional teams English speaker (native or advanced proven professional level)What we can offer you:
