POSITION SUMMARY
The Workforce Management Advisor/Demand Planner is a back-office type role that will have part ownership in the overall demand generation for the Client pillar. They will start "at the top" with our Client projections, and forecast the arrival timing and volume for each step of the process. This demand generation will then directly feed to our capacity planners who will plug it into their models to outline risks to Client Readiness (Access to Care), as well as advise toward efficient financial management of resources.
Candidates who reside within 50 miles of the following locations will be required to perform onsite 3 days per week: Bloomfield, CT, Chattanooga, TN, Denver, CO, St Louis, MO, and Scottsdale, AZ.
Primary Requirements
Partner with internal partners like planners, analytics teams or upstream advisors, as well as the ultimate customers of our product, the business operations leaders, to arrive at the right outcomesApplies current data and projections with historical analysis to generate total demand volume and timing of Sales-Driven-VolumesGenerates additional, Non-Sales-Driven volumes like "Maintenance" to stack up a total Demand to be applied against resource capacityTracks Actuals at various cadences to stay in touch with volume arrivals and adjust modeling as neededCreates adjustable modeling to follow real-time business process activityPresents projections and impacts to projections in an easily digestible manner with the appropriate urgencyAssists planners and leaders by creating “what if” scenarios that allows the business functions to make informed decisions by understanding the impacts miscellaneous assumptions will have to their inventory (Ad hoc reporting or analysis)Actively participate in recurring team meetings and 1x1s, workflow development, as well as business engagement partnership callsKey Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree preferred5+ years relevant work experience in planning; financial, workforce, demand, capacity requiredBack office, multi-step contingent process demand and/or capacity planning preferredIntermediate to advanced proficiency in MS Excel requiredData analytics tool background highly preferred i.e., SQL, Alteryx workflow/designer, PowerBI, Tableau, or similarProven ability to be detail oriented in testing and validation of projectionsHistory of being a "partner of choice" in both ease of partnership and clarity in communicationTrack record of role/area ownershipAdvanced problem-solving skillsIf you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 76,500 - 127,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
