⏱️A TYPICAL DAY MAY INVOLVE

\n\nTo ensure operational KPI's are met and exceeded\nTraining colleagues on specific processes and tasks so that they are fully aware of standards and best practices\nMonitoring performance of team members and delivering reviews.\nTo reconcile stock levels within the Warehouse against delivery and pick of each item\nLead, motivate and encourage team members to consistently produce maximum levels of performance.\nManage the delivery of accurate and timely dispatch of orders to offenders\nMonitoring and reporting any security concerns to Security Manager (DHL/HMPS)\nCompliance to all work instructions\nWorking in compliance to HMP rules and regulations\n\n

\n\nA flexible, friendly approach with a can-do attitude\nExcellent organisational skills along with speed and accuracy\nA good understanding of operational processes\nAble to communicate at all levels\nWarehouse experience \nPreviously managed a team \n\n

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

\n\nBe able to provide five years address history\nBe able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)\nPass a pre-employment Drug and Alcohol test\n\n
