Role summary:

Responsible for inventory management, including receiving and issuing stocks in SAP G3, reconciling ABP and consignment stocks, and overseeing 6S activities at the Nairobi warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Posting imports and local purchases for Nairobi, Uganda, Rwanda Warehouses and preparation of Stocks Transport Orders for Mombasa warehouse -  40%Reconciliation and posting out of ABP consumptions for Kenya, Uganda and Rwanda - 30%Preparation of Bi-weekly casual payments and management of warehouse petty cash. 5%Participation in Nairobi warehouse cycle counts and quarterly stock takes. - 20%Participation in Nairobi Warehouse 6s activities. - 5%

Key competencies and qualifications:

•    Graduate degree in procurement/warehouse management/Supply chain management•    At least 5 years progressive warehouse management experience.•  Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
