DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking a Warehouse Administer to play a vital role coordinating our daily warehouse and distribution requirements.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nProcessing paperwork and operating IT systems - as required\nDirect communications with customer contacts (Email & Verbal), attending on & off-site meetings when necessary\nIdentify opportunities and develop plans to meet deadlines, customer expectations, best practice, streamlining processes\nAddress any customer concerns immediately and ensure all communications to customers and in timely manner & agreed format.\nHelp maintain WMS, troubleshoot, raise tickets, support operations.\n Prepare Dangerous goods shipments\n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nGood time management\nMinimum of 2 years Warehouse or Logistics Experience \nProblem Solving and Analytical \nGood communicator - internal team and with external customer (written and verbal)\nGood reasoning skills \nBasic IT skills – Warehouse management systems and MS office , Excel\n\n
