**VP Procurement TTH** **Europe** **Hybrid** The VP Procurement TTH is responsible to drive procurement value delivery for TTH and for dsm-firmenich, in full alignment with TTH BU Strategy and Objectives and dsm-firmenich Procurement roadmap and targets, leveraging Group Procurement power, plans and processes, to the benefit of TTH and dsm-firmenich as a whole, in full compliance with dsm-firmenich Values & Behaviors and Responsible Sourcing roadmap, connecting global/regional/local level delivery, and developing engaged teams. Equal access to opportunities is a given, belonging is a shared feeling, authenticity is celebrated. **Your key responsibilities:** + Lead TTH procurement strategy, notably on categories led by TTH Procurement, and end-to-end execution of the full spend of TTH procurement to create both top- and bottom-line value and cash generation, in line with the strategic objectives and priorities of the BU and the company. + Lead and coach the TTH procurement team globally and build a resource deployment plan that drives people engagement and development based on our core values. + Ensure organizational effectiveness by leveraging data, metrics & insights/foresight, optimization and automation of processes, and digitalization. + Build a globally connected TTH procurement function that is regionally/locally anchored with broad category capabilities and selected TTH function knowledge. + Develop appropriate suppliers relationships and strategic alliances.
