The VP Procurement TTH is responsible to drive procurement value delivery for TTH and for dsm-firmenich, in full alignment with TTH BU Strategy and Objectives and dsm-firmenich Procurement roadmap and targets, leveraging Group Procurement power, plans and processes, to the benefit of TTH and dsm-firmenich as a whole, in full compliance with dsm-firmenich Values & Behaviors and Responsible Sourcing roadmap, connecting global/regional/local level delivery, and developing engaged teams.

**Your key responsibilities:**
+ Lead TTH procurement strategy, notably on categories led by TTH Procurement, and end-to-end execution of the full spend of TTH procurement to create both top- and bottom-line value and cash generation, in line with the strategic objectives and priorities of the BU and the company.
+ Lead and coach the TTH procurement team globally and build a resource deployment plan that drives people engagement and development based on our core values.
+ Ensure organizational effectiveness by leveraging data, metrics & insights/foresight, optimization and automation of processes, and digitalization.
+ Build a globally connected TTH procurement function that is regionally/locally anchored with broad category capabilities and selected TTH function knowledge.
+ Develop appropriate suppliers relationships and strategic alliances. Define group-wide guidelines on TTH suppliers and raw material selection in line with the company’s environmental and social values and standards and drive accountability for responsible sourcing, human rights, business ethics, and environmental standards across TTH procurement.
+ Proactively represent TTH in Procurement and Procurement in TTH, ensuring procurement contributions are always business relevant.

**You bring:**
+ You possess in-depth knowledge of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices (15+ years of experience).
+ You master the following hard/soft skills: Business acumen, Execution leadership, Resilience, Responsible procurement, Supplier relationship management, Stakeholder management, Emotional intelligence, Entrepreneurial mindset, Team management and talent development, Crisis management, Supplier-enabled innovation management, Digital savvy.
+ You bring a broad business knowledge coupled with excellent financial/cost management skills, as well as a track record of leading and delivering complex projects/programs in a dynamic global environment.
+ You are a Team player at executive levels with excellent partnering skills with business units and corporate functions to ensure clarity of the specifications and expectations of the company.
