We are currently seeking a VP to join our team in Dallas, Texas (US-TX), United States (US). **About the Role** We are seeking an experienced **Security Transformation and Advisory Leader** to drive enterprise-wide security initiatives, align cybersecurity strategies with business objectives, and advise senior leadership on risk mitigation. This role will lead security transformation programs, ensuring organizations remain resilient against evolving threats. **Key Responsibilities** + **Strategic Security Leadership** : Define and drive security transformation strategies, aligning with business and regulatory requirements. + **Financial Management:** **Understand and track Financials including but not limited to Cost, Revenue, Margin, Utilization of resources.** + **Advisory & Consulting** : Provide expert guidance to executive stakeholders on cybersecurity risks, compliance, and best practices. + **Security Program Development** : Design and implement security governance frameworks, policies, and roadmaps tailored to the organization's needs. + **Risk & Compliance Oversight** : Ensure adherence to industry standards (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, GDPR, CMMC) and lead security governance efforts. + **Technology & Innovation** : Evaluate and recommend security technologies, threat intelligence, and emerging trends to enhance resilience. + **Stakeholder Engagement** : Work cross-functionally with IT, legal, risk, and business teams to integrate security into digital transformation initiatives. + **Incident & Crisis Management** : Provide oversight on incident response planning, threat management, and business continuity efforts. + **Delivery Quality** **– Provide and track the standard and consistency of the work delivered.
