Among Abbott Diabetes Care leading brands are the FreeStyle Precision, FreeStyle Lite and FreeStyle Libre systems.

We are seeking a skilled and dynamic Validation Lead to join our team. In this role, you will lead a team of professionals, focusing on mentoring, coaching, and coordinating efforts to ensure high standards of quality and compliance in our processes. You will be instrumental in executing complex projects and developing innovative solutions tailored to our specific needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and evaluate quality process and system standards to ensure compliance with company standards and governmental regulatory requirements.Assess and document the impact of changes to the validated state, determining and documenting validation strategies for process and facility changes.Generate, review, approve, and execute validation documentation for new and existing processes/equipment, along with technical reports related to equipment, products, and processes.Investigate and troubleshoot validation problems related to equipment and performance processes.Conduct statistical analysis of testing results and process anomalies to identify areas for improvement.Assist in establishing corporate validation policies that align with industry standards.Communicate status updates to site management and manage adherence to tight schedules across multiple tasks.Provide technical guidance and mentoring to team members while managing their workload effectively.Experience and Education:
NFQ Level 7 Qualification in Science/Engineering or equivalent.A minimum of 4 years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and work experience in Engineering/Scientific fields.Leadership and Communication skillsWhat We Offer:
