In this role, you’ll design smooth, effective user experiences for our digital tools—especially within our GPM project management systems. We're looking for someone with a solid UX background and a track record of creating smart, user-focused solutions that support business goals and improve how teams work. 

 

Experience in UX design, ideally in corporate or project-focused environmentsSkill in design tools and optimizing information architectureA strong portfolio showing your UX process and resultsAbility to simplify complex systems through thoughtful designStrong communication and teamwork skills 
 
 Run user research and usability testing to guide your design decisions Create wireframes, prototypes, and polished designs based on project needs Work closely with designers, developers, PMs, and stakeholders to bring your ideas to life Promote user-first thinking across the company Use feedback and data to improve features and tools over time
