As part of a Product Leadership Team, you will shape the usability of technical services that are essential for both internal and external adoption of the BTP. As UX leader, you embrace the harmonized product operating model and ensure that user experience considerations are at the forefront of our product development process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and senior leadership to advocate for user-centered design and integrate UX best practices throughout the organization. **What you bring:** + Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Design, Computer Science, HCI, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). + 8 years of professional experience in user experience, product management or development, with experience in a lead role preferred. + Exceptional skills in stakeholder communication, including the ability to manage and facilitate effective information sharing across all levels of the organization. + Demonstrated ability to lead org-wide and cross-discipline collaboration efforts, developing and executing strategic UX roadmaps that deliver impactful results. + Experience in development or design for technology platform services or a strong interest in technical administrator and developer services and users. + A deep commitment to user-centered design and a track record of driving user-focused improvements in complex technical environments. + Fluent English language skills, both spoken and written, and fluent German preferred. **Meet your team:** As part of the Business Technology Platform Experience & Design Organization, you will shape the future of SAP’s next-generation, industry-leading cloud platform products.
