Responsibilities
Using the OpenTable web-app; Plan, forecast, and track guest reservations for current and upcoming shifts.
Provide guests with table accommodations, offer menu recommendations, and ensure that any guests special needs are met and communicated.
Answer phones and respond to guests’ communications. Address guest issues with Management and report problem reservations or peak times.
Maintain guest menus, candles, and stock special needs items
Provide an excellent and consistent level of service to customers
Assist service staff whenever necessary
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent
Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management preferred
Minimum (two) 2 year’s work experience in hotel or restaurant operations
Excellent customer service, communications and interpersonal skills are a must
Bi-lingual is a plus
