UI Assistant Innovation Planning Manager
JOB TITLE: UI Assistant Innovation Planning ManagerWL- 1DLOCATION: Mumbai, India JOB PURPOSEThis role will manage all new launches, formulation changes, and design/packaging change from all South Asia Sourcing Units for Exports market.Key ResponsibilitiesNew Product Development + Liaising with internal stakeholders across functions including Supply Chain, R&D, Sourcing Units, Marketing, Finance, Regulatory and Business development teams to launch all new products in agreed time frame. + Own the Incremental Turnover Target for the cluster and identify opportunities for new launch and resilience from South Asia + Holding & Leading Weekly Cross Functional meetings to track timelines on project and suggesting solutions if necessary to execute on time. + Track timelines for multiple projects with respective stakeholders, raise flags and lead corrective actions if needed. + Help all importing markets to secure necessary documentation and samples required for registration of all new products in their respective markets. + Lead all new Mould development networks with procurement, R&D and Suppliers + Understand capabilities & cost benchmarks across internal sourcing units along with Raw & Packaging material capabilities and supplier networks – lead format development work with BG/Marketing/R&D teams. Change Management + Develop resilience of all products across factories + Manage all change projects related to formulation, packaging or any change requested by customer. + Keep Business team updated on all upcoming changes and the transition timelines. + Communicating with cross functional teams about product changes, down-stocking and transition timelines + Ensure no service loss or capacity loss happens due to product transitions. + Helping operational team on trouble shooting issue related to Master-data update, Artwork release, BOM update etc. Savings + Identify savings opportunities in current product portfolio. + Manages network for product related savings programs with cross functional teams.
