WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Achieve double- digit growth in the assigned territory by developing and executing innovative sales strategies.
·Foster a culture of excellence and continuous development within the sales team, ensuring they are respected and recognized in the sector.
Be a key figure in the commercial transformation towards a more data -driven organization, leveraging an on - offline strategy and maximizing digital tools such as e- commerce and management systems like CRM.
Analyze data, define, and implement regional business development plans based on the national strategy.
Coordinate with sales teams, account managers, trade marketing, and key business group leaders to develop and execute the regional plan.
Implement business development methodology: training, ride along, etc.
Alignment of internal and external (distributors) systems: CRM and ERP.
Monitoring implementation and results.
30% of the time, key projects (eCommerce, external commercial team)
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Degree or master´s degree in sales, eCommerce, business administration or management
+3 Years of Experience in away from home sales (hotel, bar, restaurant, convenience…)
+3 Years of experience related to business analytics or similar
eCommerce experience
Knowledge of tools & processes such as Office package, CRM & BI
Located in North of Spain
High level of English
