The role will be focused on Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) the foodservice unit of Unilever, operating in 76 countries with a Turnover of about €3 Bn, and having the ambition to achieve €5 Bn by 2030.
UFS provides products like Knorr Professional and Hellmann’s, as well as training and trend reports for foodservice professionals; focuses on meeting today’s needs and preparing chefs for future challenges through a streamlined product portfolio and trend-driven innovations. With a global reach and regional divisions, in Spain you will be a key partner in helping chefs adapt to industry changes, like shifting consumer behavior, staff shortages, and rising costs.

Reporting to the Marketing Director of Unilever Food Solutions Spain, this role will collaborate in the development of the Knorr Professional, Hellmann’s, Carte d’Or Professional, and The Vegetarian Butcher brands, as well as in the innovation and activation projects for these brands within the HORECA channel.
WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Deep understanding of relevant categories and channels, including internal and external analysis, competitive analysis, and business performance evaluation.Active participation in defining the brand/category strategy in all areas (product, pricing, promotions, advertising, and communications).Conduct necessary analyses to support the defined strategy for the category.Collaborate on the Marketing plan for the categories and brands, with a particular focus on the innovation plan and continuous improvement of the existing portfolio.Work alongside the Operator Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Digital Marketing departments to execute the strategy in relevant channels for the brand/category.Interaction and coordination with the global innovation team.Lead assigned projects (portfolio, activation, branding, digital).Support in managing the budget for brands and categories.WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.Minimum of two years of experience in a marketing department, with proven experience in portfolio management, innovation development, project management, and category business management.Knowledge in Online/Digital will be an advantage.Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office.Skills
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to organize, plan, and track projects.High proficiency in English is essential.A proactive person with strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion, and a desire to work in a multinational team environment.Leadership
