We're seeking a Turnaround Coordinator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

\n\nCoordinating the turnaround process of an aircraft, from standing/arriving at airport, through to departure \n\n\nEnsuring that all ground handling activities are carried out correctly and efficiently (such as passenger boarding, baggage loading and aircraft refuelling) \n\n\nBeing the primary point of contact for ground handling agents, airport authorities, and other stakeholders involved in the aircraft turnaround process \n\n\nFacilitate effective communication between different teams to ensure a seamless and timely turnaround process \n\n\nEnsure adherence to aircraft safety protocols, such as weight and balance \n\n\nResolve any issues or delays promptly \n\n\nEnsure all paperwork relating to the aircraft turnaround is completed \n\n

WHAT DO WE NEED FROM YOU?

\n\nAbility to work effectively under pressure and prioritise tasks in a fast-paced environment \n\n\nA good understanding of the flight turnaround process, with experience in a similar role, desirable \n\n\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills \n\n\nStrong organisational and time-management skills \n\n\nAbility to quickly and accurately react to any given situation \n\n\nFlexibility to work in shifts, including weekends and bank holidays \n\n

SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL

\n\nBe able to provide five years address history \n\n\nBe able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character) \n\n\nTo obtain a full airside ID \n\n
