WHAT WILL YOUR MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES BE
Managing and leading code,BOM and spec creation activities for full HC portfolioManaging data flow for all new product projects in BPM system for HCManaging code creation process for all spec types in BPM system on behalf of R&D HC categoriesEnsuring smooth data transition between R&D and Master Data team for MDM processCreating Upper Level Spec (DU –CU) hierarchy in PLM System for production recipes of all HCCreating packaging specs in AWS systemSupporting between PLM and SAP master data problems and recipe problems with Master DataManaging new system implementations like NECO across Turkey&Arabia ,getting learnings from global team,educate all R&D data champions about new system and being a key partner of global team for all pilot studies and sharing regional inputs about new system with global teams.Supporting digitalization targets of HC R&D teamSupporting Global USLP Environmental ProjectLeading Clean UP process in Turkey&Arabia for HC categoriesManaging Simplification and harmonization projects for HC categoriesWorking in a collaboration with the Marketing, SC and DP planners, MasterData,R&D and Procurement departmentsWHAT YOU WILL NEED TO SUCCEED
Experiences & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degreeAt least 1.5 years experience in related fieldsAt least 1 year experience in any IT related areasAbility to work with Data standards to implement and support defined processesMust have a full understanding of the Business Planning ModelsFluent in English both written and spokenGood level of usage of MS Communication tools such as Powerpoint, Teams, SharePoint and Data Analysis tools such as ExcelSkills
