The Manager of Test Activities is responsible for overseeing the operational resources dedicated to test production. This role ensures effective workload management, prioritization, and resource utilization while contributing to the development of team competencies and personal growth.


The Manager operates across electrical and powertrain test activities, providing support to test activity leaders and ensuring the highest standards of quality, organization, and management in testing operations.

Responsibilities

As part of a young and dynamic team, you will be required to design and organise turbo test programmes. You will be responsible for determining the resources and physical measurements to be used to test the characteristics, performance and reliability of the prototypes. After determining the test protocols and execution methodologies, you will ensure that they are carried out, analyse the results in support of the test technicians and propose solutions for improving the product under test as well as the test resources. In direct contact with customers and in support of the sales teams, you will be a key player in the energy transition by taking part in ambitious projects to build cleaner mobility!

Requirements

You're a general engineer with skills in turbos. You're passionate about the world of testing: names like PATools, Concerto, PUMA, INCA, Diagalyser, Canalyser... hold no secrets for you.
