\n\nEnsure all operations have a thorough understanding and training of WHS policies and procedures and can adhere to current WHS legislative requirements\nAssist in internal site specific Safety audits\nEnsure all operational specific Work Health & Safety related documentation are reviewed & current\nFacilitate safety risk assessments, incident investigations, reporting and recording of incidents\nContinuous review and improvement of WHS systems and updating of policies and procedures\nFacilitation of a safety first culture within the organisation\nYou have the following qualities & qualifications\nDemonstrated experience within a WHS Advisor position, ideally in 3PL or a logistics environment\nExperience in risk assessment and implementation of controls\nWorking knowledge of industry specific WH&S legislation, standards & applicable Codes of Practices\nExternal auditing qualifications are preferred but not essential\nTertiary qualification in a related field is essential (Cert IV in Work Health, Safety at a minimum)\nHighly developed written and oral communication skills\nAbility to motivate the team and facilitate a culture of safety\n
