Responsibilities\nCo-ordinate with relate function to provide transportation from airport/port to CST Warehouse to meet required delivery date by ensure that material delivery to warehouse by pulling container, inland haulage, and full truck load, LCL truck load including empty returnable packaging shipment.\nCo-ordinate with relate function for unload planning daily basis to ensure that unload slot is available without long waiting while arrived at warehouse.\nEnsure that shipping documents to be prepared and ship along with cargoes and ensure that customer operations team will check the cargoes (number of package) package condition, and sign to receive the shipment.\nProvide the most utilization of trucking service when pick up cargo and deliver parts for customer. Transportation cost must be charged by average based on number of trip usage.\nMonitor material delivery to arrive at warehouse as with accuracy, cost effectiveness and no damage.\nAbility to find and advise the solution for any unexpected situation to freight forwarder/carrier to avoid any delay for customer.\nTransportation Billing report for Inbound shipment must be provide complete information by monthly basis.\nCoordinate with the relevant functions to identify solutions and resolve any issues with the customer if a discrepancy is detected. Additionally, provide corrective actions along with countermeasures and preventive measures.\nEstablish a consistent minimum compliance standard for the management of Dangerous Goods Transportation (DGT).\nHandle other duties as required.\nRequirements\nBachelor’s degree in business administration field.\nAt least 2-year experience in Logistics and transport function.\nCan in spoken and written English.\nGood skill in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.\nCan work / negotiation under pressure environment.\nCan deal with all deadline work effectively and independently, sense of urgency.\nOpen-minded and flexible attitude, adaptable, customer focused, and result oriented.\nStrong work with other section as team.\n
