Responsibilities

The incumbent will perform general duties of order processing coordination with various parties to support the daily logistics/distribution operations.

What you will do

\n\nOperates according to company’s quality policy and in compliance to customer’s service standard\nTo meet basic and routine requirements of internal (immediate supervisor) and external (customers and forwarders)\nCommunicate and liaise with various external parties pertaining to shipment and orders\nUpdate distribution database and network\nMaintain and filing of documentation\nMay need to support operations if there are any urgent orders. \n\n

 

Requirements\nAt least 1 to 3 years of working experience, preferably in a transport/freight/haulage environment\nGood PC and office skills\nSensitive to details and accuracy\nGood communication skills\nAble to commit Monday to Friday and half Saturday/Sunday, there is rotational day and night shift\nClass 2B driving license is required for the role to support operations if needed\n
