Amadeus is looking for a dynamic program manager to orchestrate a portfolio of initiatives designed to create efficient, agile, and high-performing operational structures across our Travel unit. The Transformation & Operating Model Program Manager is responsible for implementing organizational transformation within Travel Unit. This role involves aligning and managing organizational transformation, from vision to implementation, assisting in the design and change management definition and deploying target operating models.
He or she must be able to collaborate with and lead by influence a diverse set of stakeholders (executives, human resources, business partners, communications, staff and external consultants as necessary) to deliver challenging programs/initiatives within tight deadlines, controlled budget and with high quality. They must be able to engage on a diverse set of business and organizational topics, providing strategic advice, managing complex political situations, and proposing operational solutions on processes as well as transformation and program management needed to achieve expected business outcomes.
Your Main Responsibilities
The Transformation & Operating Model Program Manager :
• Will bring his or her experience in program management across operational excellence and organization structure transformations.
• Own the definition and execution of the implementation plan/roadmap to the target organization and support implementation E2E
• Manage complex political situations, propose solutions to unlock roadblocks and ensure alignment of key stakeholders
• Will assist in the construction of the TO BE model based on the corporate vision and the teams context and constraints. They will work closely with the organizational leaders, business owners, senior managers, managers, communications and change management team to ensure a smooth transition to the TO BE model and the associated practices.
About the Ideal candidate:
• A Graduate Degree from a well known academic institution (Business and/or Engineering) is a must as is a demonstrated track record in consulting, Transformational program at large scale.
• >3 years of experience in driving change/transformation initiatives (operating model and/or culture related transformation projects/programs)
• Deep understanding of critical business capabilities/processes (such as Product lifecycle, Customer lifecycle, Business Line operational processes etc.)
• Organizational Behaviors programs (such as Transformational Leadership). Work experience in commercial roles a plus
• Experience working in program management as well as continuous improvement methodologies
• Track record of engaging with and successfully influencing C-level business stakeholders on challenging topics
• Track record of driving high performance from teams without direct reporting line/management responsibility
• Great communication in English, another language is a plus.
