The training coordinator plays a key role in supporting the onboarding process of new blue-collar employees. In close collaboration with the employee’s manager, the training coordinator coordinate the implementation and execution of tailored training plans. This role is essential for ensuring a smooth onboarding experience and fostering the continuous development of new team members through effective training initiatives.
In addition to onboarding, the training coordinator is responsible for managing and updating production-related documentation, including work instructions.
A major focus will be the upcoming digitalization of these instructions to enhance accessibility and efficiency.
The training coordinator also ensures that all (re)training activities are properly documented and that the skill matrix is kept up to date.
Furthermore, they are responsible for training employees on new systems, such as Magic and Veeva.
This position reports to the operations manager and is part of the operations team located in Hoegaarden and will be an on-site role.
What you will do:
+ Responsible for developing and implementing training plans for new blue-collar employees, in collaboration with the associate’s manager. This includes general onboarding, EHS (Environment, Health & Safety) introduction, GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices), and gowning training. Ensures that new production operators are qualified to work in the cleanroom following a positive evaluation.
+ Organizes regular retraining sessions for cleanroom operators to maintain compliance and performance standards.
+ Defines and maintains role descriptions within the skill matrix for various work centers in the cleanroom.
+ Actively participates in internal and external audits to ensure training and documentation meet regulatory and quality standards.
Projects:
1)Coordination and Organization of Production Work Instructions
Responsible for collecting, reorganizing, updating, and monitoring all existing production-re lated work instructions to ensure clarity, consistency, and accessibility.
2)Training Program for Operator Roles Develops and organizes training programs tailored to the specific roles of the operators. This includes follow-up, performance monitoring, necessary adjustments, and proper documentation in the skill matrix.
Who you are
+ Education Level: Bachelor's degree
+ Minimum of 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment
+ Fluency in Dutch is required
+ Capable of teaching and coaching team members
+ Experience in training management is considered an asset
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
+ Computer knowledge: MS Office, SAP, …
