Responsibilities\nSchedule the module specific trainings to all new hires and transferred employees from one department to other.\nMonitor and track the trainings based on the Training Matrix and send weekly status reports to all leaders.\nConduct and monitor module specific trainings to newly hire and refreshers in the absence of Process Owner.\nCoordinate to all leaders and SOP Process Owner for the trainings schedule and employee’s trainings update.\nConduct and monitor SOP reviews with the Process Owner.\nAlign the Training Matrix to employees Role Profile.\nDocument and file all records for Audit purposes and endorse to HR.\nLead site performance according to DHL and client quality, health, and safety standards and ecological advocacy.\nReview and revise standard operating procedure and/or work instructions and conduct process training to ensure quality service and consistent operational execution\nEfficiently allocate available resources to all trainings needed in Site.\nSupport individual training and development\nIdentify individual performance measures, conduct regular review, and provide timely feedback\nConduct operational training.\nRequirements\nAt least 3 years background in Logistics business.\nGraduate of any 4 year course.\nAtleast 3 years' experience in process training\n
