Training Manager
**_MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE_** Responsible for supervising the operations of the contact center (Heart Failure Business). **_MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES_** + Supervise a customer service team (officer level) for providing after-sales non-technical support to meet user requirements according to terms of contracts. + Mainly in the implementation of work allocation and rosters for the Para-professional group. + Focuses on mentoring, coaching, and coordination. + Responsible for customer service activities including telephone and email. **_QUALIFICATIONS_** + Graduate of a Bachelor's Degree + At least 10 years of work experience in Learning and Development; TNA/gap analysis + Strong communication skills + Background in healthcare/medical device is an advantage An Equal Opportunity Employer Abbot welcomes and encourages diversity in our workforce.
