The Training Developer will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering comprehensive training materials for ILT sessions. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in building training content, preferably within the clinical domain, and possess a strong understanding of Data Management principles.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and design training materials, including presentations, manuals, and interactive content, for ILT sessions.Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and relevance of training content.Utilize instructional design principles to create engaging and effective learning experiences.Implement content chunking, visual design, and learning technologies to enhance training materials.Edit and produce video content using video editing software such as Camtasia.Create interactive learning tools using platforms like Kahoot! and other relevant technologies.Ensure training materials are aligned with organizational goals and industry standards.Continuously evaluate and improve training materials based on feedback and emerging trends.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in building training materials, ideally within the clinical domain.Strong understanding of Data Management principles.Proficiency in instructional design, including content chunking, visual design, and learning technologies.Experience with authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline, Rise, and Adobe Suite.Proficiency in video editing software (e.g., Camtasia) and interactive tools (e.g., Kahoot!).Excellent command of MS Office Suite.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
