Trainee (Werkstudent) Internal Communication and Upskilling (all genders)

In this role, you'll:

Develop and implement a communications plan, including identification of audience groups, channels, communication style, and frequency

Send regular newsletters or updates on Analytics topics, using various channels, such as Yammer or email

Organize webinars or podcasts to provide useful updates, diverse practices, or to celebrate the launch of new apps or initiatives

Maintain an on-demand channel (e.g. NEO (intranet) and/or Confluence page) with relevant up-to-date content for all employees

Align initiatives with all relevant stakeholders, including timing, content, and core messages

Track and analyze the impact of the initiatives, using the insights for continuous improvement

Educate employees on the internal way of working, including tools, processes, services, and collaborative behaviors
