About this opportunity:
Ericsson is seeking an experienced Total Rewards Specialist to join our team for Sweden and Global Group Functions.
In this role, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing our Total Rewards program, with the goal of supporting our workforce and enhancing employee satisfaction and engagement. You will develop and execute strategies that align with Ericsson's talent acquisition and retention goals, ensuring that they are in line with the organization's business objectives. Staying informed on emerging trends and best practices in Total Rewards will be crucial, as you will be expected to recommend proactive enhancements to optimize our programs.
This is a temporary position to fill for a parental leave within the team. Minimum 12 months but with possibility to prolong.
What you will do:
Process lead compensation programs for parts of the organization, including salary structures, incentive plans, and equity programs, ensuring market competitiveness and internal equityProvide subject matter expertise, guidance and training on Total Rewards matters to People organization, managers, and employees and other stakeholders. Ensure effective communication and implementation of Total Rewards initiatives. Conduct regular market research and benchmarking to ensure Ericsson's Total Rewards offerings remain competitive and in line with industry standards with support from a global teamDevelop and maintain Total Rewards policies, procedures, and documentation, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulationsOversee the administration of employee benefits programs, including health and wellness plans, retirement plans, and other employee benefitsWorking with unions to secure reward and recognition policies
The skills you bring:
Experience in Total Rewards design and administration, within a global organizationIn-depth knowledge of Total Rewards principles, practices, and regulatory requirementsProven experience in maintaining good communication with unions and union negotiations.Experience in working with Swedish labor law is a requiredAnalytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data and metrics to drive decision-making Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels within a global matrix organizationProven ability to develop and implement Total Rewards strategies that support business objectives and foster employee engagementHigh level of integrity and confidentiality when handling sensitive employee informationBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a relatedProficiency in spoken, written, and reading Swedish and English is requiredApplication
