The main products include after treatment system, 48V battery, sensors, connector, alternative fuel system, commercial vehicle electrification drive unit and thermal management system, automated driving assistance system, etc.

 

Job DescriptionPlan electrification products test capacity for platform project or customer projects, conduct reliability tests, incl. endurance test, climatic test, etc.Monitor and guide test technician or testing supplier to make sure tests correctly done, incl. testing preparation, sample setup, testing data monitoring & analysis, test log check, testing status tracking, system control, test equipment requirement.Communicate with Reliability engineer, design colleagues or testing suppliers for reliability testing technical solutions, failures analysis or damage report, capacity planning.Document test conditions or test specification, test order, prepare test report.Understand reliability testing method and specific failure modes, well know electrification products and system, test spec definitions, testing SW calibration, measuring system.Participate in product failure analysis with systematic quality method (problem solving, 8D).Visual inspection of testing components during or after reliability test.Work with project manager, product design colleagues, reliability engineer to complete testing, establish product testing standards, specification, work instructions.

QualificationsBachelor degree or above, majored in Electronic engineering, Electric or e-motor engineering, Automation EngineeringUnderstanding of EV and electrification components, control system.Testing experience on New Energy Vehicle or electrification company are highly preferred.
