The Opportunity:

CACI is seeking an Subject Matter Expert level Theater Support Lead to support U.S. Southern Command (USSOUTHCOM) in Doral, FL. This position is contingent upon award.  
 

This position will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the delivery requirements of the SCITES 2 contract supporting USSOUTHCOM activities.  This role will play a crucial part in ensuring smooth and efficient implementation of the Enterprise Information Environment (EIE) supporting USSOUTHCOM Cyber Information Technology Enterprise Services (SCITES). 


Responsibilities:

Manages fielding activities and ensures timely delivery of fielding CDRLs, in support of USSOUTHCOM DoDIN operations services 

Conducts fielding site surveys and pre-installation site coordination teleconferences; validates hardware Shiplists and technical drawings 

Coordinates manpower for fielding activities and ensures fielding efforts meet timelines 

Validates technical installation and configuration documentation for infrastructure and enterprise services products prior to fielding components 

Provides technical input to engineering efforts at JTFs, SCOs and offsite locations 

Provides daily installation and configuration reports to DAO leadership during all fielding efforts 

Possesses domain and expert technical knowledge and may supervise others 


Qualifications:
Required: 

US citizen with active Secret security clearance 

Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or related field 

At least 8-12 years of experience in IT Services Support Operations 

ITIL v4 Foundation certification 

Demonstrated Leadership as a technical leader 

Experience organizing, directing and implementing contract activities for various concurrent projects in multiple countries

Successful track record within DoD operations, IT help desk, systems administration, network installation, facilities management, logistics inventory management, and movement

Proven ability to lead and facilitate meetings with diverse groups of stakeholders 

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills 

Experience with change management tools and ITSM platforms (ServiceNow) 

Desired:

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification 

Experience in a large, distributed IT enterprise 

Knowledge of DevOps practices and principles

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$78,100-$171,900
