Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
\nProven experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant (required), ideally\nwith stars earned as a Chef\nSolid experience in Europe, ideally acquired in Michelin-starred restaurant.\nAbility to manage a large team and share excellent expertise\nCreative, demanding, and passionate about fine dining\nExcellent communication skills in English\nHACCP certification is preferred.\nExcellent organizational and time management abilities.\nDemonstrates a professional, confidential, and ethical approach at all times.\nProficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.\n
