DescriptionThe Assistant Villa Manager is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the Executive Floor (Villa) in order to meet the business requirements and guest satisfaction whilst ensuring the highest professional services in accordance with the Kempinski service standards.\n

Key Responsibilities\nRoom assignment is done properly and according to Villa guests request.\nVIP arrival rooms are checked, as well as VIP amenities.\nAs many EF guests welcomed and bid farewell as possible.\nFinancial Policies and Procedures are supported and followed.\nLQA (Leading Quality Assurance) audit results are 85% and above.\nCSS (Customer Satisfaction Survey) results are rated on an average with “5” and above.\n
 

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise\nHospitality Management Bachelor Degree or equivalent in any related field such as Administration or Tourism Management\n3 years experience in a Front Office Management position \npreferably in an international five star hotel\nLocal language – excellent oral and written skills (as applicable)\nEnglish – excellent oral and written skills\nAdditional language - beneficial\nSupervisory skills\nLuxury Hotel Experiences \nGood Communication skills\n
