About this opportunity:

To develop and execute test cases, ensuring complete technical documentation. Utilize pre-established methodologies, languages, and testing tools to ensure the quality and proper functioning of systems and applications. Adhere to project technical standards and client requirements, aiming for software excellence and reliability.

 

What you will do:

Develop detailed test cases and execute both manual and automated tests to verify the functionality, performance, and security of systems and applications.Create and maintain test automation scripts, ensuring adequate test coverage and process efficiency.Document test results and report bugs, defects, and inconsistencies found, collaborating with the development team to resolve these issues.Utilize agile methodologies and testing tools, such as JIRA, Selenium, JUnit, and others, to optimize the testing process.Ensure that all tests are conducted according to the technical standards and project requirements defined by the client.Participate in planning and review meetings, providing continuous feedback on product quality and suggesting improvements.Update and maintain technical documentation related to testing, including test plans, test scripts, and test reports.Maintain ongoing communication with key stakeholders to understand business needs, project plans, and to report any risks or necessary alerts for the project's smooth execution.Monitor software quality metrics and generate periodic reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.Collaborate with other teams, including development, product, and support, to ensure efficient integration and continuous product development.Analyze and identify the impact of new features on existing solutions, conducting tests to verify correct execution and performance.Create supplementary documentation as needed, contributing to the continuous improvement of software quality processes.Actively share knowledge as part of daily work, aiming to develop competencies within the team.

1. Test Automation Tools:

Selenium, JUnit, TestNGRobot Framework, Karate, PlaywrightCucumber, AppiumCI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD

2. Programming and Scripting Languages:

Java, Python, JavaScriptShell scripting

3. Test Management Tools:

JIRA, TestRail, others

4. Development Methodologies:

Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban)DevOps

5. Platforms and Operating Systems:

Windows, Linux

6. Web and Backend Technologies:

Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, SOAPSQL databases (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Cassandra)

7. Version Control Tools:

Git, GitLab

8. Virtualization and Containerization Tools:
