About this opportunity:
We are looking for a professional to carry out maintenance, calibration, and validation activities for radio test platforms, working with both hardware and software systems. The main goal is to support the operations of our production and repair center by continuously monitoring production test equipment and playing an active role in ensuring product quality, screening, and performance. This position is key to maintaining high standards of operational efficiency and reliability in the testing environment.
What you will do:
Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance and inspection activities on Test Stations at the SJC factory.Use maintenance management software to execute and document Work Orders.Propose technical improvements to enhance the effectiveness and reliability of maintenance activities.Analysis of faults generated by the TQ Report and taking the necessary actions to solve the problems.Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and Quality teams to ensure test equipment meets established technical specifications.Conduct root cause analysis and critical failure assessments to support continuous improvement.Support calibration and validation routines to maintain test system performance and compliance.Monitor the overall health and performance of test platforms to ensure operational continuity.Search for documents and instructions in Plwin for the guidance and correct execution of tasks.Analysis and repair of test equipment.Configuration and implementation of new testing platformsAssist in configuration and implementation of new testing platforms Product registration in TnT and Apriso.Guiding and directing the First Attack team regarding problems and actions to be taken for the solution.Ensuring correct tracking of equipment by CMMS.Analyze faults reported by PQL looking for causes and solutions.Support in ESD, VOSCAL and Calibration campaigns
The skills you bring:
Technical degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, or Telecommunications.Availability to work 100% on-site in São José dos Campos.Availability to work on the three shiftsCommitment, teamwork, collaboration, delivery of results in accordance with goals defined by the Company,Ethics and proactivity.Focus on innovative initiatives.Intermediate English (reading, writing, and communication).
