As a Test Lead in the Subscriber Signaling and Policy (SSP) team at Nokia, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our high-traffic, large-scale telecom products. You will oversee system testing across functional and non-functional areas, working closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch solutions. Your expertise in test automation and end-to-end product validation will be essential in advancing our cloud-based technologies, with an emphasis on Kubernetes and Python scripting. 

You have:

Bachelor's degree in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.6+ years of software testing experience in telecom-grade products with functional and non-functional testing.Knowledge of cloud technologies and Kubernetes (K8s), along with Python scripting skills.Familiarity with 4G/5G core technologies and understanding of key telecom standards and components.Proficiency in protocols such as Diameter, HTTP2, JSON, RestAPI, SCTP, and TCP.Experience with Linux, VMware, OpenStack, and cloud-native architectures.

Expertise in automation frameworks and test management tools like Jira, Jenkins, and Bamboo.Experience with customer engagement for understanding deployments and serviceability use cases.Assist end-to-end system testing for high-traffic, large-scale distributed systems and client-server architectures.Develop and implement test automation strategies to enhance product validation efficiency.Integrate and verify software/system components based on innovative technical solutions.Conduct performance and robustness testing to ensure telecom-grade product reliability.Provide technical leadership and mentorship for junior team members in testing methodologies.
