As a Test & Automation Lead in the Nokia Core Monitor & Troubleshooter (NCMT) product testing cloud security space, you’ll play a pivotal role in safeguarding cloud-native applications across multi-cloud environments. You'll lead the charge on automation, conduct cutting-edge security testing, and champion secure development practices from the ground up. You'll be technically leading the test & automation engineers in the team and working with PLM, PO, Functional Scrum Teams & Productization Scrum Team.

You have:

A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering or equivalent, with 9+ years in software testing within Telecommunications Networks, specializing in cloud-native principles, automation, and feature testing of MicroservicesSkilled in testing design and automation for cloud-native technologies like Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, gRPC, CI/CD, and DevOps, with good analytical and debugging skillsProficient in building automation frameworks in Linux environments, with a focus on test design, operability, and serviceabilityLeads end-to-end feature testing, works independently in agile environments, and manages cross-team interfaces, customer interactions, and escalations

It would be nice if you also have:

Exposure to Security hardening and Secure DevOps areasAny Certification in Security Management is an added advantage Designs, owns, and aligns system level test architecture with specific requirements, collaborating with developers, testers and architects. Continuously evlolves the test automation framework and enhances the test coverage to catch issues leveraging the continuous integration. Translates business and technical requirements into test cases and conducting modeling, simulation, and system integration. Resolves complex issues using advanced analytical skills, identifies deficiencies, and recommends corrective actions. Acts as an advisor, mentor, and project leader, managing small teams and resources effectively. Combines technical expertise with business knowledge to enhance products/services and contribute to organizational direction.
